Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from actual data collected from previous orders. They are approximate times for reference.
Domestic shipping rule
Processing time for shipments
All orders placed before 12:00 am EST are processed within 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
If we register a high order volume, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please calculate additional transit time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Shipping prices and delivery time
All orders are shipped via UPS and USPS with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Please note that delivery times may occasionally be subject to delays.
Confirmation of shipment and tracking number
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damage
Trixture is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transport. If you have received your order damaged, please contact us and we will assist you.
Please keep all packaging and damaged items before filing a complaint.
