1. It's already been 5 working days and I still haven't received the package?
We're sorry this happened.... Have you checked the track & trace code? Sometimes packages get stuck somewhere during the process. Please wait another 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of these cases the package will still be delivered. You waited 5 working days and then another 3 days? Then please contact us and we will find a solution together.
2. Where can I find the tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It takes approximately 1 to 2 days until you receive a tracking and tracing code. Also, check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails can end up there. Remember that it may take a few working days for the track and trace system to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking and tracing code you received by email. Enter your tracking number on our tracking page to find out the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
4. I am not satisfied with my package
Please contact us with an explanation + a photo/video of the problem and we will help you as soon as possible.
