Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Trixture operates this store and website, along with all related content, tools, and services offered as part of your shopping experience (referred to here as the "Services"). We run our Services using Shopify's platform. This policy explains how we gather, use, and share your personal information whenever you browse our site, make a purchase, complete a transaction, or reach out to us. Where this policy and our Terms of Service differ on matters of personal information, this Privacy Policy takes precedence.

Please take a moment to read through this carefully. Using our Services means you've read and understood how we handle your data as described here.

What Personal Information We Collect

"Personal information" refers to any data that identifies you (or someone else) or could reasonably be linked back to you. This doesn't include information that's been anonymized or de-identified beyond reasonable re-identification. Depending on how you use our Services, your location, and applicable laws, we may collect:

  • Contact details — name, billing/shipping address, phone number, email
  • Payment information — card numbers, financial account details, transaction records, payment confirmations
  • Account details — username, password, security questions, saved preferences
  • Shopping activity — items viewed, added to cart or wishlist, purchased, returned, or exchanged, plus order history
  • Support interactions — anything you share when contacting our customer service team
  • Device data — browser type, device details, network/IP information, unique identifiers
  • Site usage patterns — how you browse and interact with our Services

Where This Information Comes From

  • Directly from you — account creation, site use, contacting us, or any info you provide
  • Automatically — via cookies and similar tech as you use our site
  • Through our service providers — partners supporting our technical operations
  • From other partners or third parties

How We Put Your Information to Use

  • Running and Improving the Services — fulfilling our contract with you, processing payments and orders, remembering preferences, sending order updates, managing returns/exchanges, enabling reviews, and personalizing your shopping experience (e.g., product recommendations)
  • Marketing — with your consent, sending promotional emails, texts, or mail about our store, new products, and other updates, and displaying relevant ads based on your browsing or purchase activity
  • Fraud Prevention & Security — verifying accounts, securing transactions, detecting suspicious activity, and protecting our platform. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private — please don't share them.
  • Customer Support — responding to inquiries and maintaining our relationship with you
  • Legal Compliance — meeting legal obligations, responding to law enforcement requests, participating in litigation, and enforcing our policies

Consent

When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify a payment method, place an order, arrange delivery, or return a purchase, we assume you consent to us collecting and using that information solely for that purpose.

If we ask for your personal data for other purposes, such as marketing, we'll either ask for your express consent directly or give you the chance to opt out.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@trixture.com.

Who We Share Your Information With

  • Shopify and other service vendors handling IT, payments, analytics, support, storage, and shipping on our behalf
  • Marketing and advertising partners, who help deliver personalized ads via Shopify's tools based on your activity across merchants. These partners follow their own privacy practices. Depending on your location, you may be able to opt out of this kind of data sharing.
  • Anyone you direct us to share with — such as shipping carriers or through social login features
  • Our affiliated companies
  • Relevant parties during business events — mergers, bankruptcies — or to meet legal obligations like subpoenas, or to defend our rights and the rights of our users
  • We may also disclose your data where required by law or if you violate our terms of use

Our Relationship with Shopify

Shopify hosts our Services and processes data about your usage to help us deliver and improve them. Your information is stored in Shopify's data stores, databases, and general application, kept on secure servers behind a firewall. Information you give us is shared with Shopify and, at times, third parties outside your home country, in order to operate the Services. We also use enhanced Shopify features that draw on your interactions with our store as well as other merchants on Shopify's platform. For these enhanced features, Shopify acts as the responsible party for your data — including handling your rights requests. Learn more via the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, and manage your rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Payment Gateway

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information, encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is kept only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, then deleted. All direct payment gateways follow PCI-DSS standards, administered by the PCI Security Standards Council — a joint initiative of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can find more in Shopify's terms or privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

The third-party vendors we use will generally only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to provide their services to us. Certain third parties, such as payment gateways and processors, have their own privacy policies covering the information we're required to share with them for purchase-related transactions — we encourage you to review those separately.

Some suppliers may be located, or have facilities, in a different country than you or us. If you proceed with a transaction involving a third-party provider, your information may become subject to the laws of that provider's country. For example, transactions processed through a US-based payment gateway may be subject to disclosure under US law.

Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site or app, this policy no longer applies.

Links to Other Sites

Our Services may link out to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their privacy or security practices — please review their policies separately. Anything you post publicly (including on social platforms) may be visible to others and used accordingly. A link doesn't mean we endorse that site or its operators.

Data From Children

Our Services aren't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of majority in their region. By using this site, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your country of residence. Parents or guardians who believe their child has shared personal information with us can contact us to request its removal. We currently have no actual knowledge of "selling" or "sharing" (as legally defined) the data of anyone under 16.

Keeping Your Data Safe

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to keep your personal information from being lost, misused, altered, disclosed, or destroyed. Credit card information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. No system is perfectly secure and we can't promise absolute protection — especially for data in transit — but we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and other recognized industry practices. Avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured channels.

How long we retain your data depends on factors like account maintenance needs, service delivery, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and policy enforcement.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights (subject to certain limits and exceptions):

  • Access/Know — request to see what data we hold on you
  • Delete — ask us to erase your personal information
  • Correct — request fixes to inaccurate data
  • Portability — get a copy of your data or have it transferred elsewhere
  • Communication Preferences — unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime (note: order/account-related emails will still be sent)

If you're in the UK or EEA, you may additionally have the right to:

  • Object to or restrict processing of your data for certain purposes
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (this won't undo processing that already happened under valid consent)

To exercise these rights, use the options available through our Services or contact us directly using the details below. For rights tied to Shopify's own data processing, visit https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

We won't penalize you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity first, and you're allowed to designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf (with proof of authorization). We'll respond within legally required timeframes.

Filing a Complaint

Got concerns about how we're handling your data? Contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to appeal our response or file a complaint with your local data protection authority. EEA residents can find their relevant authority here.

Moving Data Across Borders

We may store and process your data outside your home country. For transfers out of the EEA or UK, we rely on approved mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or UK equivalents), unless the destination country is already deemed to provide adequate protection.

General Terms and Conditions

Please also see our general terms and conditions for further provisions on use and liability.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and communicated by email where required by law.
