Return and Refund Policy
You accept the terms below by sending a request via Trixture. We have made these agreements to ensure that you are fully aware of our discount policy and return procedures. These agreements apply to domestic orders in the United States.
30 day right of return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return. The 30 days start from the moment you have received your entire order.
Conditions for returns
In order for your product to be returned, it must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Products with obvious signs of use or items that are not in their original condition and are damaged or missing parts for other reasons beyond our control cannot be returned. In addition, a product returned more than 30 days after delivery is not considered returnable.
Process for returns
Do you want to return an item? Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order via support@trixture.com.
Our support team will then send you a returns form that you must print out, complete and include with your return shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will refund the return shipping costs and email you a free return label that you can easily download and print.
Repack your item(s) in the same packaging they were originally delivered in. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item. Send your return to the address below.
Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
How can customers return your product?
We encourage customers who return your products to send them back by post. We do not allow returns of products in a store or kiosk.
Damages and problems:
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong product so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
In what condition will you receive the product back?
We accept returns of unused products in their original condition and packaging.
What is the storage fee?
There is no additional charge for storage.
How much do customers have to pay for returns?
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Delayed or missing refunds:
Check your bank account again if you have not received a refund.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use the "Contact Us" button at the top of the page and send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours of your inquiry.
Exchanges
All orders can be exchanged. Please contact our customer service to initiate an exchange.
We will notify you of the refund
When we have received and checked your return and notify you if the return has been accepted. If approved, you will automatically be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
